BUILD & EQUIP YOUR TEAMMake a list of people you want to invite to join your team. Then reach out to them, explain the campaign (the purpose, concept, and goal), and invite them to participate. Provide those that agree with a giving sheet (download here) and a date for submitting the money and names they collect. |

RUN YOUR CAMPAIGNDuring the campaign, stay in communication with your team. Provide updates and stories of encouragement as things progress. Also, continue to give them ideas on how to ask - letters, emails, social media, face-to-face, etc. |

COLLECT & SUBMIT NAMES & MONEYHave your team send all the money and giving sheets to you by a certain date (we recommend 7 days after the campaign ends).
